Are Kindasa’s water filling stations open for water distribution over the weekends and holidays?

Kindasa operates and distributes water 24x7 including holiday seasons

What is the water tankers capacity used for water distribution?

Kindasa supplies water mainly through 32m3 capacity tankers.

Is the supply limited to the above tanker size only?

No, Large and/or small capacities tankers are available & can be provided based on customer's requirements.

Where are Kindasa's filling stations located?

One filling station is located outside Jeddah Islamic Port (JIP) Gate no. 9.

Second filling station is located inside JIP & adjacent to Kindasa's desalination plant.

Very soon third and fourth filling stations will be operating inside Jeddah Industrial City (JIC) phase 2. 

What is the time taken to offload the tanker?

Depending on the size of the tanker, it takes 15-20 min to offload the tankers.
